if it hits a Giant, th weapon deals an extra 57 Ultra Damage
if it hits an Ooze, it dies
if it hits a fey
if it hits a fiend, they are charmed forever

if it hits a Humanoid
if it hits a undead, every creature within 20 feet must make a DC 25 saving throw or take 4d100 Necrotic damage and 4d10 more Necrotic Damage

While Holding this weapon, the wielder spontaneously becomes extremey muscular and attractive to every creature that sees it unless your are homlesspearl. your charisma becomes 999999 and every creature within a 30 feet radius spher is automaticaly charmed

While wielding the +21 True Ultra Doomerang of Ultimate Ultradeath Gamma, you can cast the following spells at will with a Save DC of 42:
