Arrow of Distraction

An arrow of distraction is a magic arrow that comes loaded with a one-time-use charge of the `Minor Illusion` spell. When you knock this bow, you can hold in your mind a sound that will be emitted from the arrow when it reaches its target. Once the arrow lands and the spell is used, the arrow ceases to be a magical item.
