This thin raven-feather quill hums faintly when near magic and never runs out of ink. It is often found tucked into old journals, wizard robes, or forgotten study desks.
Notes: Whispering Ink: When you cast a spell using a spell slot, the quill floats out of your pouch or pack and writes glowing symbols in the air. If the spell requires a saving throw, you may choose to give one creature disadvantage on the first save once per day. Secret Margin: The quill writes cryptic notes in the margins of your spellbook, hinting at magical anomalies, dangers, or lore nearby. These hints are vague but occasionally useful. Once per day, the DM may choose to reveal a small piece of helpful information about a magical object, trap, or spell.
