Once per long rest you can whisper one of the following 3 words to the amulet:
*Hush* - (The amulet stone turns a soft blue.) Your movements are completely silent for 5 minutes/or until you speak or make an attack.
*Run* - (The amulet stone turns a soft green) Your move speed is doubled for 2 minutes/ or until you take damage.
*Help* - (The amulet stone turns a deep red) For the next 2 minutes all persuasion/intimidation/deception on humanoid creatures.
