Asura's Justice

A thick white rope belt tied in a prominent knot above the groin. Channeling the Ki of violent retribution, it aids the wearer in punishing powerful evildoers. 

This is intended to be a template for a personalized item which evolves with a character. It is designed to have three tiers which activate :

Tier I - When fighting a creature of evil alignment, add both Strength and Dexterity modifiers to damage rolls for melee attacks. 

Tier II - Spend 2 Ki points to replace Flurry of Blows with Asura's Blows. 

• Asura's Blows - two powerful arms appear from the wearer's torso during the moment of attack, allowing them to make 4 unarmed attacks. 

Tier III - Spend 5 Ki points to use the Wrathful Judgement attack.

• Wrathful Judgement - A massive fist of force forms above a single enemy within 60ft, which then, mimicking he wearer's action, smashes downwards, dealing force damage (STR Modifier + WIS Modifier x D10). The target must make a dexterity saving throw (larger creatures have disadvantage), taking half damage on a successful save. Evil aligned creatures automatically take maximum damage (after save mitigation).
