Wondrous Item, unknown rarity (requires attunement by a Charatcter must twist gem clockwise for it to work.)
This amulet is made out polished silver so shiny it dazzles like fireworks being set off. In the center of the silver is a gem with the looks of an amethyst but the power of a rune. When the gem is twisted clockwise 720 degrees it will charm the first person the user touches. The charmed person must succeed a 10 DC wisdom check or be charmed for the next 24 hours. The charmed person thinks of the user as an Allie. If the user hurts the charmed person they may take another wisdom check.
Notes: Charmed, Charatcter must twist gem clockwise for it to work.
