Armor (any medium or heavy, except hide armor), artifact (requires attunement by a Druid Only)

Forged at the heart of the Emerald Glade by an ancient circle of druids and dryads, the Armor of the Verdant Grove embodies the living will of the forest itself. Legends tell of Eilindra Mossblood, the Sylvan Warden who first donned its bark-clad plates during the Blooming Wars, her every movement sowing seeds and fostering new growth beneath her feet. Over centuries the armor’s vines have whispered woodland secrets to its bearers, its blossoms offering solace to weary travelers, and its bioluminescent glow warding off creatures of shadow. Those who wear it find their breath entwined with rustling leaves and their spirit bound to the eternal pulse of the wild.

This armor appears to have grown from the heart of an ancient forest. Plates of living bark interlace with supple vines and mossy filaments, forming a seamless shell that breathes with the wearer. The pauldrons sprout delicate leaves and tiny blossoms, while the cuirass bears spiraling leaf patterns that pulse faintly with life. Along the vambraces, slender tendrils shift like will-o’-wisps, and acorn-shaped rivets glisten with morning dew. At night, the armor emits a soft, bioluminescent glow, guiding its wearer through shadowed glades and echoing the gentle heartbeat of the wild.

You receive a +3 AC bonus and a +2 to DEX while wearing this armor; It reduces fall damage by up to 30 points; While under 10 HP you gain +4 AC and damage reduction of up to 15 damage points per hit. Once per short rest, you can activate a defensive ward which grants a +2 to all saving throws for 1 minute and resistance to bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage.

The breastplate and shoulder protectors of this armor are made of leather that has been stiffened by being boiled in oil. The rest of the armor is made of softer and more flexible materials.
