While wearing the amulet, you gain the following ability:
Once per Long Rest, you may use an Action to release the might of the storm woven deep within this amulet, unleashing a tempest of crackling white light. All creatures within a 10-foot emanation from you are immediately pushed 5 ft away. Additionally, all creatures within the emanation must succeed a DC 15 CON saving throw, or have the Blinded condition until the end of your next turn.
