This Arrow of Magical Mayhem must be fired from a Longbow but does not deal normal piercing damage, instead it causes one of the following random magical effects requiring no verbal, somatic or material components and not requiring concentration:
Roll 1d10:
(1) Polymorph The creature that launches this arrow into a Squirrel for 1 hour.
(2) Level 4 Fireball spell centered on the target.
(3) Create a Wall of Thorns extending from the point where you fired the arrow 60 feet in a straight line through the target and lasting the full duration.
(4) Destructive Wave centered on the target.
(5) Polymorph the target into a CR 2 beast (DM's Choice).
(6) Use Conjure Volley.
(7) Summon a Barlgura adjacent to the target.
(8) Cast Banishment on the target.
(9) Cast Haste on the target.
(10) Cast Sunburst centered on the target.
