‘Splode Stone

You may use a charge by knocking upon the ‘Splode Stone and throwing the stone at a target for an action. The target must be within 30ft. In a 5ft radius to where it lands every creature will take 2d10 fire damage in an explosion, unless they succeed in a DC 17 Dexterity saving throw.
