When this amulet is put on you gain 2 visible shoulder spirits, one one side an imp on the other an angelic wisp. These spirits will argue with each other over any moral debate and will try to convince you to do acts of good or evil. Listening to either one will effect you. Listening to neither can harm the sprits and make you more neutral on alignment. Listing to the wisp can make you more empathetic and kind, but can make you sort of a door mat and easier to take advantage of if not careful. Listening to the imp can make you more selfish and aggressive, but has the upside of making you not easy to take advantage of and protective. The shoulder spirits in question are a lesser angel (Vol) and a lesser demon (Griv) who were trapped into an amulet by the gods to give moral balance to any person who wears it.
Listening to the imp: You get to roll on advantage on your next deception. intimidation, or sleight of hand check. During combat after listening to the imp it gives you +2d6 necrotic damage on your next weapon attack. After doing 3 choices for the imp you will be given the spell Charm Person and be allowed to cast it as a cantrip once per short rest.
Listening to the angelic wisp: You get to roll on advantage on your next medicine, insight, and performance check. During combat after listing to the wisp it gives you +2d6 radiant damage. After doing 3 choices for the wisp you will be given the spell Cure Wounds and be allowed to cast it as a cantrip once per short rest.
