A power scroll is a scroll that gives you super powers when you read it.

Take an action to read this scroll. You than gain the super powers listed below for three days:

• You gain a flying speed of 60ft (hover)
• You can shoot laser eyes up to 100ft dealing 4d8 fire damage with your PB + Dexterity modifier.
• You gain resistance to bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing.
• Once per day you can teleport to a different plane of existence 
• You can end these powers early. If you do it makes an explosion in a 70ft radius dealing 30d6 fire damage and 10d6 force damage. You and your allies aren’t effected.
