This item has 5 charges, regaining 1d4 + 1 charges at every dawn.
Whenever a creature makes an attack roll and matches your AC, you can spend 1 to make the attack miss (no reaction required).
As an action, you can spend 1 charge to toss a harmless orb of radiant light. This orb is medium-sized and sheds bright light up to 60 feet and dim light up to an additional 60 feet. The orb lasts for 1 hour.
As an action, you can spend 2 charges to cast the fireball spell at 3rd level. When you cast a fireball spell in this way, you become the fireball and travel to the place that you target. The fireball is purely yellow.
