This Magical Mug is comprised of a 28 oz base mug constructed in Moonstone wrapped in metal and leather armoring. A Medallion is affixed on the front of the body of the Mug and there is a stopper cap in the top of the mug. 

Using a Magic action to grasp the mug by the handle, give thanks to the moon, and remove the stopper cap to reveal the mug full of 28 ounces of fresh, clean water blessed by the power of the moon. 

Not only does this water quench any thirst, but also if one takes 10 minutes to rest and consume the entire mug of blessed water, a short rest is achieved once per moonrise.
