Ancient Monks Robes (Open Hand)

This elegant garment is made from humble cloth and adorned with hidden runes. These robes look rather plane but once attuned to the wearer can hear the voices of all the robes previous owners as they wisper knowledge and advice from the ages in the Ways of the Open Hand. Due to your prolonged training as a monk you are immune to both the restrained and stunned conditions. You gain these benefits while wearing the robe:

While you are wearing no armor and not wielding a Shield, your AC equals 12 + your Dexterity modifier + your Wisdom modifier.

Your Monk level is treated as 5 levels higher for the purposes of determining your Ki Points they reset on a short rest.

+3 to all abilities that require DC saves.

When attuned by a Way of the Open Hand Monk, the robes gain these additional properties:

2 minor beneficial properties.

2 major beneficial properties.
