Armor (plate), rare (requires attunement by a requires attunement by a spellcaster proficient with plate armor)

This set plate armor is imbued with pure moonlight; at night threads of radiance can be seen dancing across the armor’s surface. When you or an ally within 15ft of you is targeted by an attack or single target saving throw damaging effect (eg. blight) by another creature, the wearer can expend a charge to, as a reaction, form a protective barrier of moonlight around the ally and force the triggering creature to make a constitution saving throw against the wearer’s spell save DC or be blinded until the end of its next turn and take 5d6 radiant damage. On a success, the target takes half as much damage and isn’t blinded. This armor gives off bright light in a 20ft radius and dim light for an additional 20ft. This effect can be suppressed or reactivated as a bonus action.

This armor has 4 charges and regains 1d2 every nightfall.

Plate consists of shaped, interlocking metal plates to cover the entire body. A suit of plate includes gauntlets, heavy leather boots, a visored helmet, and thick layers of padding underneath the armor. Buckles and straps distribute the weight over the body.
