A small wooden box of 20 three inch long rods of stark white chalk.
Any spell that covers a circular area and requires any material components can be cast without consuming its materials by using one rod of chalk to draw an arcane circle that lines the inner perimeter of the spell's effect. Once the circle is drawn, the only components other than the material components needed to cast the spell is for the caster to touch the arcane circle with both hands in order to cast the spell, meaning the caster must be within five feet of the circle's perimeter.
When the spell is cast, the effect blossoms from the center of the circle outwards to fill the spell's set area.
Example: Field of Anti Magic can be cast by drawing a 10 ft radius arcane circle, consuming the rod of chalk but not the iron powder used to cast the spell itself. After the circle is drawn the only components needed to cast the spell is the somatic gesture of touching the circle.
