An Intricate Lure

This lure has a hook  carved from leviathan bone and is adorned with various scales, teeth and dark gems. The hook is decorated with intricate carvings that depict marine life no one is quite sure they have ever seen. It radiates an unsettling aura for all of those who have never resided beneath the waves. Members of a certain cult recognize the gems as being representative of their patron. This lure seems as if it hungers for the hunt, for its user to fulfill their deepest desires. The lure will modify the user's connection to their patron in order to reel in the line between desire and reality.

Eldritch Depths:

• Allows the user to modify the damage type of any cantrips' damage to cold. Also manifesting itself as pressurized blasts of water.
• Critical hits with cantrips frighten the target.
• Your patron has taught you the true meaning of fear, you have advantage against saves meant to frighten you.

Curse of the Abyss:

• Gives the ability to cast the "Curse of the Abyss" Spell at the same level as your pact slots.
• Gives one free cast of the Curse per long rest
• After using the free cast, you may regenerate it by dealing more than 50 cold damage total. Progress resets on long rest, or upon granting yourself a new free cast

Kraken's Defense:

• Using the "Guardian Coil" feature on an ally (other than yourself) will give you temporary hit points equal to the damage mitigated by the tentacle
• When making an attack with the "Tentacle of The Deep" you may add your charisma modifier to the damage it deals

Deep Hunger:

• This artefact is filled with the consuming power of the depths and will continue to grow in potential as its user grows as well.
