While you wear and are attuned to this scarf, you can take a Bonus Action to unfurl it into the air with a dramatic flourish. If you do, the scarf doubles your Speed, and any creature that makes an Opportunity Attack against you has Disadvantage on the attack roll. You can take another Bonus Action to recall the scarf and end the effect.
When you’ve used the scarf’s property for a total of 10 minutes, the magic ceases to function for you until you finish a Long Rest.
Curse: The scarf cannot be removed from the attuned creature, unless the scarf is subjected to the Remove Curse spell, or the attuned creature dies. When Remove Curse is cast on the scarf, the attunement to the scarf is broken, and the Curse returns after one minute.
