This item was made by a student of the arcane academy
when you attune to this item you can change the way you character looks, changing both there race and gender to something you desire. when you do this you must roll a d20. on a 10 or lower the attunement fails, causing you to change into a race and gender that your dm chooses from a dice roll. If this items attunement fails you must wait 1 week before you can un attune it, other wise it can be unattuned whenever you want
while you are attuned to this item, weather it failed or succeeded you are unaffected by all forms of polymorph
