Weapon (longsword), very rare (requires attunement by a Dark Attunment )

Abyssal Fang
Owner Sycilla
Attributes
A simple, unordained bastard sword.
When drawn, the blade pulls the light from the room. Its cursed hunger draws all that is whole and good into its nexus. It glows in reverse, and refracts light as though a black hole might.
Specificities
The fang is bound to its owner.
The sword requires a constitution check of DC 8 to draw.
The sword requires a constitution check to sheath as well, DC 5.
If this fails another may be made at disadvantage. See fail penalties below.
It may be drawn and sheathed, once per long rest.
Upon successful hit, the fang rends the soul from any low to medium level creature. The creature dies immediately.
The sword behaves differently on some high or boss level enemies. For example, a high level mage may possess the ability to negate or mitigate the effects of the fang.
If the creature is successfully slain, the soul of the creature slain is trapped inside the blade, within the realm of shadows, on the abyssal plain.
A successful draw also results in a hit point penalty, costing half of the total hit points of the bearer. For example: if bearer of the fang boasts a total of 8 HP, but currently only possesses 6 of those points. Upon the drawing of the weapon, the bearers HP will be reduced to 2 points.
If the fang is held in hand for longer than an 1 hr without use, the fang will begin to reach for the soul of its bearer. The bearer may choose to roll to sheath the weapon with a constitution check, or keep the weapon out by rolling a Charisma (DC 10) check. Failing either of the checks will result in the loss of 1 hit point, and incursion of the tired condition until the next short rest.
Any healing spells cast upon the bearer after the draw cost is taken roll at disadvantage for 20 minutes, or two turns in combat.

Proficiency with a Longsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
