Amulet of Casting

An opulent, blue opal shines in the center of this amulet, hanging off a golden chain that feels oddly light to the touch, ready to morph at its beholders behest.

This amulet has 9 slots. While wearing it, the wearer can cast spells stored in this amulet as a Magic action. Storing a spell in the amulet takes the same time and components as casting it and uses up a spell slot. Each spell takes up slots equal to its level, so a 9th level spell takes 9 slots and an 8th level spell takes 8 slots. Regardless of their class or level, anyone attuned to the amulet can use the spells stored in the amulet. 

Recharging Slots. The amulet regains 1d8+1 expended charges daily at dawn.
