A hand forged 15ft length of heavy steel chain. A brutal and versatile weapon in its unwrapped form can lash out like a whip, the iron chain links biting into flesh and bone. Utilizing an action, the chain can be wound around the wielder’s arm and clenched tight, it transforms into a crushing mass of iron, capable of smashing foes sheer blunt force +8 to hit 1d8 bludgeoning damage.
As an action the player can use the chain in whip form and grapple a target within 15ft and they must succeed in a DC 14 Dexterity Save or be pulled to the player.
As an additional bonus the chain can be worn around the neck to gain +1 to intimidation checks and also to "Pity the fool."

Proficiency with a Whip allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.
