The Amulet of Non-Detection as is described is an Amulet that applies Non-Detection permanently on the user, The user cannot cast any divination magic whilst wearing the amulet but is entirely invisible to divination and scrying magic.
Long term use can cause a loss of perception and insight.
Getting hit in the amulet can cause temporary perception or insight loss.
