Argent Cinders Rekindled

A silvered blade etched with holy scripture, this weapon was forged in the holy fortress of Flamekeep. It has 5 charges, which recharge at dawn, and you can expend charges in order to use the abilities below. You gain a +2 to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon. When thrown, this weapon will return to your hands after a hit or a miss. 

Bane of the Extraplanar. As a bonus action, you can spend one charge to brand an aberration, celestial, fey, fiend, or undead with the mark of the Silver Flame. A creature marked in this way cannot become invisible, you have advantage on attack rolls against that creature, and that creature has disadvantage when making saving throws against spells you cast. This brand lasts for 10 minutes or until the creature dies. 

Stoke the Fire. As an action you can spend three charges in order to embolden your allies and debilitate your enemies. A 30-foot-emanation erupts from Argent Cinders and remains for 1 minute. All allies who enter the emanation for the first time receive 2d10 temporary hit points and their weapon and spell attacks deal an extra 1d6 fire damage.

You can end the emanation early using an action. If you do, add up the temporary hit points of all creatures within 30 feet. Those temporary hit points are removed, and are applied as fire damage to a creature you can see within 60 feet. 

 

Proficiency with a Spear allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
