These goggle radiate abjuration magic that keeps you from being magically or mundanely observed from anything or anyone in all of time and creation. You are effectively constantly under the invisibility, nondetection, and silence (only effects the ability to be heard, but wieldier can still cast spells with verbal components to effect, although they cannot see or hear themselves) spells.
Who created it or for what purpose, is completely unknown.
The goggles have a motif of space, starts, and constellations on it.
