Visual:
A sleek shard of midnight-black star-glass, set in a frame of thin Elven silver, hanging on a black silk cord. Under moonlight, faint constellations swirl within like smoke caught in a gemstone.
Notes: Advantage: Stealth, Advantage: Arcana, Advantage: Persuasion, Disadvantage: Insight, Invisible, This amulet requires attunement by a creature who spends 1 uninterrupted hour beneath an open night sky while wearing it. During this time, faint starlight swirls within the shard, and the wearer begins to feel their presence dim and fade from the awareness of others, as though the stars themselves are shrouding them. When attunement is complete, the amulet bonds to the wearer. If removed for more than 24 hours, the bond is broken and the attunement must be reestablished in the same way.
