Ancient Silver Dragon Fang Necklace

This necklace is carved from a single polished fang of Sephiroth, the One-Winged Dragon, an ancient silver dragon whose legend resounds across the planes. Known as the most powerful silver dragon in existence, Sephiroth bore only one wing but soared higher than any of his kin, transcending both body and fate.

Properties

• Druidic Focus. You can use this necklace as a spellcasting focus for your druid spells.

• Blessed Fang. While attuned, you add your Wisdom modifier to spell attack rolls in addition to your proficiency bonus.

• Voice of the Dragon. You can speak, read, and understand Draconic.

• Aura of the One-Winged. While attuned, creatures of CR 5 or lower with cold damage immunity treat you as though you were a dragon.

Cold Breath (1/long rest). The necklace allows you to exhale an icy blast in a 90-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 24 Constitution saving throw, taking 67 (15d8) cold damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

• Risk of Power. If used before 10th level, the wielder collapses under its ancient power, after the breath resolves, they drop to 1 hit point and fall unconscious until they regain at least 1 HP.

Stellar Singularity(1/long rest). The necklace allows you to breath a beam of collapsing starlight in a 150-foot line that is 20 feet wide. Each creature must make a DC 24 Dexterity saving throw, taking 99 (18d10 + 10) radiant and force damage on a failed save, or half on a success.

• Risk of Power. If used before 17th level, the wielder collapses under its ancient power, dropping to 1 hit point and falling unconscious until the end of their next long rest.
