This ring makes you immune to psychic/mental damage. But it summons a tiny bard that plays the wearer most hated music all the time constantly. Everyone can see and hear this bard. So basiclly stealth is practically imposible. Also it binds to finger. The ring helps with to hit roles on spells by giving advantage.
