Once Brimiscare and Mahadi warred over trade in Avernus, Mahadi through shrewd cunning eventually one and took Brimiscare's eyes as retribution leaving the beholder blind and wandering the Hell Wasp Nests. Recognizing the power held by Brimiscare, Mahadi took those eyes and used them to create this amulet. The amulet is composed of a central jewel appearing as a eye with a flame for an iris and is surrounded by ten jewels. It is attached to a chain made of gilded adamantine.
This amulet has a maximum of three charges and regains 1d4 - 1 charges after each long rest.
While attuned to this item, the wearer has the ability to nullify 1d8 creatures within 120 ft as an action. This nullification lasts until the wearer has completed their next long rest. While nullified, the creature(s) are incapable of magic and all magic items they attempt to use are mundane as if in an anti-magic field. The creatures nullified in this way are still susceptible to external magical effects however.
