Acolyte of Staff of Bhaal

The Acolyte of Staff of Bhaal is a grey staff made of an unknown metal. The base is pointed and it forms the head of a beast holding a red crystal heart at the top. 

The Staff counts as a magical focus and can use the following properties.

Drain: The staff can hold 500 hit points of worth of blood in its crystal heart. While not in combat the user can roll 1d4 per dead body in a 120 ft radius they can see. The number rolled correlates with how much blood the staff receives. If the player rolls a 1 the staff absorbs 25% of the total hit points the creature had, in blood ( 2=50%, 3=75%, 4= 100%). The blood from the staff serves no propose other than providing a pool of blood for a blood mage to use. If a spell requires a user to injure themselves then the injury can instead be subtracted from the hit point total of the staff ( this does not damage the staff in anyway).
