Armor of Quick Pain

This Armor was forged by a dwarf who was known for his durable skin being almost invulnerable from all attacks. Due to his lack of speed though he created this armor by melding together both the leather of his armor and his skin he was able to make an armor that cuts all damage in half while also boosting speed by 20ft with the trade off that your AC is locked at 10.

The breastplate and shoulder protectors of this armor are made of leather that has been stiffened by being boiled in oil. The rest of the armor is made of softer and more flexible materials.
