Weapon (longsword), rare (requires attunement)

Rare, requires attunement (any martial class)

A beautifully forged longsword with faintly twisting runes etched into its silvered blade. A faint shimmer of green magic hums from the gem in its hilt-a deep viridian opal that pulses when danger is near.

Stats:

+1 magical longsword

On hit: Target takes an additional 1d6 radiant or poison damage (wielder's choice at the start of their turn).

While attuned, the wielder can cast Detect Magic once per long rest without expending a spell slot.

If the wielder is standing on natural terrain (grass, soil, stone), they gain +1 to initiative rolls.

Proficiency with a Longsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Sap. If you hit a creature with this weapon, that creature has Disadvantage on its next attack roll before the start of your next turn.

Notes: Damage: Radiant, Damage: Poison, Versatile, Sap
