Amulet of Asylum

A black iron chain holds a large gem made of Opal, shaped like a lily.  

When this Amulet is worn by a Life Cleric, they can use their Action to grasp the Opal and speak the command words to trigger it's effect.  This effect can be triggered twice per day and its charges reset at dawn.

When this effect is triggered a radiant aura emulates from the Amulet which reaches 15ft in every direction, and lasts for 1 minute.  Until this effect ends, whenever a creature you can see moves into the  aura for the first time on a turn or starts its turn there, you can cause the aura to heal hit points equal to one half of your cleric level, rounded up (no action required). The aura can’t heal constructs or undead.
