Slender strings of web that can be lashed out by the Arachne. They will be lashed out from the finger tips, up to 10 feet with 1d8 slashing damage per string. The wearer will have disadvantage on attack rolls made within 5 feet of the enemy they are attacking. The user can use the strings to try to grab an item from up to 10 feet away. If it isn't being worn or carried then they instantly succeed. If it is being worn or carried the creature wearing it can make a dex or str saving throw (the creature gets a choice) of 16 in order to to hold on to what is trying to be taken or to push the stings away.
You gain a new string every even level until 10th lvl. (2/4/6/8/10)

Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.
