You gain these benefits while wearing the robe.
Armor. If you aren’t wearing armor, your base Armor Class is 15 plus your Dexterity modifier.
Magic Resistance. You have Advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.
War Mage. Your spell save DC and spell attack bonus each increase by 2.
Risky Flash Storage. While wearing this Robe, you gain Resistance to lighting damage. Any point of lighting damage that is prevented by this resistance, is stored within this robes fibers. You can store up to 100 points of lighting damage this way. The moment you go beyond 100 points of lighting damage, the robe discharges, hitting anything with 30 ft. With whatever amount of lighting damage was previously stored + the amount your resistance prevented.
When you have stored lighting, you may add this damage to any of your attacks, provided they are a hit, as a bonus Action.
