functions the same as a standard arrow with the additional benefit of creating a 10ft radius sphere centered on where the arrow landed that lasts 1d6 rounds. any creature that enters the radius becomes blinded until they leave the radius.

can be crafted with alchemist supplies by using 1 orb of darkness, light wood, and feathers (6)
