Wondrous Item, uncommon
This roll of tape has ducks on it.
3 times per short rest, you can use the tape to patch a magical condition or effect, either imposing disadvantage or extending the duration for an extra round. Depending on the condition, the ducks will change into another design (eg: ghosts for the Frightened condition, crescent moons for Moonbeam)
