This small leather anklet is inlaid with silver runes and set with an aquamarine stone that glows faintly. While worn, it will always appear on your ankle, no matter what form you take.
While you are attuned to this item and in your wild shape form, your melee attacks are considered magical for the purpose of overcoming resistances and immunities.
Forlorn Call
Additionally while in your wild shape, you can use your action to release a forlorn call, causing the gem to flare with brilliant light. Each creature of your choice within a 10-foot radius of you must make a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or become frightened of you for 1 minute. The frightened creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on a success.
For the duration, your claws and teeth are magically sharpened, and your melee attacks deal an extra 1d6 damage of the same type as the attack.
Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a long rest.
Notes: A great mid to late game item for buffing a druid. Apart from Circle of the Moon, in general wild shape damage does not count as magic damage, so this gives other subclasses a way around that, and also gives a very impactful strategic effect that offers both a crowd control element and a temporary damage buff themed around the Primal Savagery cantrip, since in general you also can't cast spells while wild shaped. Feel free to let me know if you have any feedback., druid with wild shape.
