Arch-Talisman (Death)

Whispers cling to this talisman like smoke, said to echo with the forgotten prayers of Zaros’s disciples. Once a mundane Death Talisman, it was overcharged at the death altar during a ritual led by Zaros and his generals. The result is no longer a charm, but a relic that drinks deeply from the well of mortality itself, an inexhaustible siphon of deathly runic energy.

While attuned to the talisman, you gain the following properties.

• Expanded Spell List. You can add the following spells to your list of know spells.
  • Speak with Dead
  • Circle of Death
  • Animate Dead
  • Finger of Death
  • Death Ward
  • Power Word: Kill
• Elemental Affinity. All elemental damage is considered necrotic. If the original source of damage was necrotic, the  damage is instead increased by 1d6. 
  
  
• Siphoning Blow. When you kill a creature, you regain 1d6 hit points. If you are at full health, you instead gain 1d4 temporary hit points. 
  
  
• Necrotic Resistance. You gain resistance to necrotic damage.
