Wondrous Item, artifact (requires attunement by a Requires Attunement- by a Wizard, Warlock, or Sorcerer, of eighth level or higher.)
A small brass pocket-watch, adorned with carvings of the old gods, hooked to a tarnished silver chain. The interior is furnished with emerald-green hands, the face of the watch is shattered and worn from age, as such, only six of the original twelve hour marks are intact. Upon the top of the watch, there is a button which may be pressed to momentarily stop the flow of time.
Notes: Each charge is equal to one cast of the spell Time Stop, Requires Attunement- by a Wizard, Warlock, or Sorcerer, of eighth level or higher.
