Physical Description:
A magic weapon created by dwarves for war within a mountain, this war pick is more function than form. The only visible clue that it has been enchanted being a simple engraved rune and tiny enchanted gem unceremoniously grafted to the pick head's side. In an environment where moving through earth and stone quickly was a priority, these were seen as a welcome improvement over the standard issued military gear if one could afford to commission one.
Magic Properties:
- Grants the wielder a burrow speed of 5 through earth or stone, but not metal.
- Attacks with this weapon made against creatures constructed of earth or stone count as magic in nature and a +2 is added to the attack roll. The damage roll remains the same as a standard war pick.
Proficiency with a War Pick allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Sap. If you hit a creature with this weapon, that creature has Disadvantage on its next attack roll before the start of your next turn.
Notes: Bonus: Melee Attacks, Bonus: Speed (Burrowing), Bonus: Magic, Buff, Movement, Combat, Versatile, Sap
