Once per Long rest, the wielder of this quarterstaff can roll 1d8 and transform randomly into 1 of 8 predetermined animals for 1 hour.
Each corresponding number transform the wielder into the equivalent animal:
1. Rhino, Advantage on Strength checks, disadvantage on dexterity saving throws. Can charge and maim a target once per transformation.
2. Bear, Advantage on Strength and Constitution saving throws. Ability to Rage
3. Llama, Can carry heavier objects or people easily.
4. Snake, Advantage on Stealth checks. All attacks deal poison the target.
5. Cat, Advantage on Stealth and Slight of hand checks. Can survive 1 lethal hit during this transformation.
6. Beetle, Advantage on Constitution saving throws. Can fly 30 ft.
7. Dog, Advantage on Persuasion checks. Lose every other turn in combat to scratch fleas.
8. Spider, Can lay a spider web where you're standing to Grapple enemies. Can Paralyze enemies if you can bite them in your web.
When transformed, you cannot undo this transformation until the hour is up. This is not transfiguration or wild shape, you have become this animal with your mind and stats.
Proficiency with a Quarterstaff allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Topple. If you hit a creature with this weapon, you can force the creature to make a Constitution saving throw (DC 8 plus the ability modifier used to make the attack roll and your Proficiency Bonus). On a failed save, the creature has the Prone condition.
