Weapon (glaive), very rare (requires attunement by a goliath, fighter)

The glaive is handcrafted, finely made by an ancient, extinct lineage of Goliaths, bearing the family's inscription along the characteristic silver handle: "Breathe, Fight, Prevail." When wielded, strikes of blue-tinged electricity can be found whizzing around the holder's hand.

When attuned, Aethereon acts as a +2 glaive and has the following features:

Strong as the Mountain. While attuned to the glaive, you gain resistance to cold damage. As a bonus action, you can focus on the first word of the glaive's inscription to invoke a sense of order and calm. With the activation of Breathe, you gain advantage on all Wisdom saving throws until the end of 1d4 turns. This feature can only be used once per long rest.

Breathe. As a bonus action, you can focus on the first word of the glaive's inscription to invoke a sense of order and calm. With the activation of Breathe, you gain advantage on all Wisdom saving throws until the end of 1d4 rounds. This feature can only be used once per long rest.

Fight. As an action, you run your hand over the second word of the glaive's inscription. Choose a point within 40 feet of you, calling forth a streak of lightning to burst from the glaive's blade to that point. Each creature within 10 feet of your chosen point must make a Dexterity saving throw (DC 15); on a fail, the creature takes 4d10 lightning damage, or half as much on a successful one. You may use this ability twice per long rest.

Prevail. As an action, you emit a mighty war cry, imbuing the glaive with your intense fighting energy. When you roll a 20 with the glaive in hand, your target takes an additional 2d8 lightning damage. Enemies within five feet of the target must make a Wisdom saving throw (DC 13) or be frightened of you until the end of its next turn.

Proficiency with a Glaive allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Graze. If your attack roll with this weapon misses a creature, you can deal damage to that creature equal to the ability modifier you used to make the attack roll. This damage is the same type dealt by the weapon, and the damage can be increased only by increasing the ability modifier.

Notes: Bonus: Melee Attacks, goliath, fighter, Heavy, Reach, Two-Handed, Graze
