These manacles are reinforced with adamantine, one of the hardest substances in existence. They cannot be broken. They do not have a key but can be unlocked with the knock. Lockpicking them is possible but requires passing a dexterity check of 30.
While you’re wearing them you have -10 to Dexterity and movement speed is reduced to 10. However, you cannot be hit by a Critical Hit, a critical hit against you will become a normal hit.
