Aventurine Ring of Fortitude

A golden ring in colour, yet it feels more resembling to that of a crystal's surface. It has small green lettering, that of 15th century english. The lettering glows under sunlight. 

While worn, the wearer has the choice to:

1. Add their constitution ability score to their HP as temporary hit points. HP is temporary, as to only exist when the ring is worn. If the ring is removed, so is the temporary HP.

2. Increase their constitution ability score by 7. (Can not exceed 20 with this rule.)

Only one effect can be triggered per wearer. Effects only apply if the ring is actively worn. Wearer can not interchange between effects by removing the ring and replacing it. The first decision is permanent. One wearer can not decide the effect for another wearer.
