Wondrous Item, rare (requires attunement by a player character. While attuned to this item, you cannot be surprised.)
The angel who once bore these hollowed relics is said to have plucked out her own eyes so she would never again be blinded by doubt or ambush. Her sightless gaze now lingers in the trinket you hold—watchful, unblinking, forever fixed on the shadows that move at the edge of torchlight.
When you attune, your heartbeat quickens with unnatural vigilance; you dream of wings rustling in the rafters, and wake always before danger comes.
While attuned to this item, you have advantage on initiative rolls. You cannot be surprised while conscious.
Notes: Advantage: Initiative, player character. While attuned to this item, you cannot be surprised.
