A Beautiful Ring.

Wearing this ring gives the bearer unnatural beauty, granting a +10 to any roll requiring charisma. All persuasion rolls also force the charmed condition on the creature, who finds themselves agreeing with everything the player says. The bearer is immune to the charmed condition.

The wearer will always refuse to take off the ring, and will act violently if someone forcibly attempts to take it off. Should they succeed, the person attuned to the ring begins to deteriorate rapidly. Their skin grows gray and rotten, their eyes sheen over, their bones groan with every movement. The attuned player suffers from disadvantages on all strength checks, suffers a -10 to all rolls requiring charisma and force the frightened condition on the target. If the attuned player spends a full tenday without the ring, they die.

The only way to safely remove the ring is to cast the Remove Curse spell or Wish.

Notes: The Beautiful Ring requires attunement. This item cannot be unnatuned.
