These arrows release a Ice Storm upon striking a chosen target (4d6 cold). The archer can choose to target an area instead if an enemy, needing only to hit an AC 8 to trigger the fireball in the area. If they miss their target, they become inert.
There are usually 1d4 arrows found together.
