Attachable Conduit

When you attach this item to a weapon of your choice, you may pour a potion into the conduit. When you attack a creature or object with the weapon, you may apply the potion's effect to (and when applicable, around) the target, as well as dealing the amount of damage that the weapon does on a hit. You may only use the effect of a potion inside the Attachable Conduit once per short rest. The potion inside the conduit doesn't get used up after its effect is used.
